Tonight, my 3.2.0 version of FreeDV stopped working when two Windows11 updates became available, the computer rebooted after updates were installed and the audio portion of the program stopped working, while PTT remained in tacked. Has anyone else reported this problem, hopefully it’s not just me….

    Thanks

      Two things you can check:

      1. Is “exclusive mode” disabled for all of the audio devices you’re using with FreeDV? (More info on how to disable: https://support.m-audio.com/en/support/solutions/articles/69000849177-how-to-disable-exclusive-mode-for-my-audio-device-)
      2. Are any audio enhancements enabled? Those should be disabled as well. (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/disable-audio-enhancements-0ec686c4-8d79-4588-b7e7-9287dd296f72)

Let me know if you’re still having trouble after confirming these two things and we can further troubleshoot.
